We at Co-mana responded to a tender for GroundConnect and produced a short 3D demo of their product. I used various models found online of house, trees, fences, etc... and put them into a scene in Cinema 4D. I made use of Adobe's partnership with Maximo to create a custom character with walking patterns that I needed in the scene. I also use Cinema 4D's cellulo shader to make the whole lot look more cartoonish. I then went on and designed camera moves to unveil information as I would have if I had shot the scene in real life. It was a lot of fun and my first real big 3D project. Some parts were a bit tricky to illustrate but I am proud of the final result.
